Andropause Symptoms- What is Andropause?
Though most people are aware of what women go throu menopause, not many known about the male form of menopause. The alternative term used to describe thic condition in men is Andropause.
Though it might be shocking for some men, andropaise is becoming more widely recognized and accepted by both physicians for the changes many middle- aged men experience. Typical symptoms of andropause include loss of energy, depression, loss of libido and sexual or erectile dysfunction.
Other symptoms of andropause include decreased bone density. loss of lean muscle mass and weight gain specially around the waistline.
In other words, "It’s like puberty in reverse.". Men undergo hormonal, psychologica, social and sexual changes during this period.
The main reasons behind Andropause in the loss or declin in testosterone, which is often calles the main sex hormone in men. Most men experience a drop in tetsosterone as they age but the impact is higher in some men as compared to the others.
Male andropause can be very insidious. The loss of testosterone, which can happen to men as young as 35, is gradual, with testosterone levels dropping just 1 percent to 1.5 percent annually. Unlike the precipitous loss of estrogen that women hitting menopause face, the gradual loss of testosterone may take years to exact its mark on men with a host of symptoms not unlike changes menopausal women experience.
Irritability, fatigue, depression, reduced libido and erection problems are hallmark signs of andropause.
In one study, 98.0% of primary care physicians believed that andropause and osteoporosis risk were related. The term "symptomatic late onset hypogonadism" (or "SLOH") is sometimes considered to refer to the same condition as the word "andropause". Some researchers prefer the term "androgen deficiency of the aging male" ("ADAM"), to more accurately reflect the fact that the loss of testosterone production is gradual and asymptotic (in contrast to the more abrupt change associated with menopause[citation needed].) The "D" is sometimes given as "decline" instead of "deficiency". In some contexts, the term "partial androgen deficiency in aging males" ("PADAM") is used instead.
One of the most effective ways of enhaning testosterone is thorugh HGH replacement. HGH or the human growth hormone is known to enhance testosterone production. Though there are a couple of forms in which HGH comes, the safest and the most effective form includes that of HGH Releaser Pills or Supplements.
These pills are not a repalcement therapy but they are simulators that help your ptiuitary galnd to enhance it’s production of HGH so that you can get in the most natural possible.
HGH Releaser Pills do not have any side effects and are considered far safer as compared to HGH injections or shots which tend to have some rather nasty side effects.
